• Children above 5 years must have a valid ticket.

• ⁠Entry Process will start by : 8:00 PM onwards | Event May Starts: 8:30 PM onwards

• Floor seating will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Front seating may be reserved by Shabad Arts for Core Team Members, Sponsors, Partners, and Special Guests.

• Chairs are reserved for senior citizens and physically challenged guests. Guests may be requested to cooperate if seating needs to be reassigned.

• Complimentary tea and snacks (cookies and/or samosas) will be served during the interval.

• Tickets are non-refundable once purchased. In case of cancellation, refunds will be issued. In case of postponement, tickets will remain valid for the new date.

• Guests are expected to maintain a respectful, peaceful, and enjoyable atmosphere throughout the event.

• Shabad Arts reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person causing disturbance.

• All event-related rights and decisions shall remain solely with Shabad Arts, and the organizers’ decision shall be final.
