Founder's Roundtable: 30's and still figuring out...
Your 30s are strange.
You’re doing your best… yet it often feels like everyone else is moving faster, clearer, stronger.
But here’s the truth!
Everyone is figuring it out.
Everyone is confused.
Everyone is carrying something.
This WYBI Founder's roundtable is a 2-hour guided group experience for people who want to walk in lost, overwhelmed, unsure and walk out a little more found. Every month we pick different themes to talk about.
Not because we give answers.
But because we help you find your own.
This isn’t a workshop.
It isn’t a lecture.
It’s a soft, safe, no-judgement circle where you explore your own story through
✨ meaningful micro-activities
✨ guided round-table conversations
✨ simple yet powerful props
✨ introspective prompts that make you think and feel again
You don’t have to pretend to have it all sorted here.
You don’t have to be “performing good.”
You just get to be human.
Why these 2 Hour matters?
Because in this room, you meet people who are sailing in the same boat.
People who feel stuck, scared, hopeful, confused just like YOU.
And when you hear others share their sorrows, regrets, worries, and secret wishes… something shifts.
You realise...
This world is the same for everyone.
It’s not “not working” only for you.
You’re not alone.
You’re not special in your failures and that’s a relief.
Everyone here has
And in this circle, we talk about all of it!
The uncomfortable conversations, comfortably.
This is the power of a group!
We upgrade our versions through mutual help.
We heal by listening.
We grow by speaking.
We rise because someone across the table says,
“Hey… I’ve been there too.”
Who this is for?
People in their 30s who are
• navigating identity shifts
• questioning life choices
• afraid to start over but tired of where they are
• building something or wanting to
• going through career, relationship, or self-belief confusion
• tired of pretending they’re okay
• seeking clarity, not perfection
• craving a space where vulnerability feels normal
What you’ll experience?
Expect
✨ guided reflections
✨ prop-based clarity exercises
✨ safe, honest round-table discussions
✨ shared human stories
✨ perspective shifts
✨ tiny breakthroughs
✨ moments of emotional release
✨ and a quiet clarity that sits with you even after you leave
We don’t fix your life.
We help you understand yourself.
One promise for this from our side!
You will walk out not with a 10-step plan…
but with one next step that feels aligned and achievable.
A small direction that makes everything feel less heavy.
You’ll walk out feeling lighter, understood, supported and reminded that you’re not late, not lost… just on your custom timeline.
“If your life in your 30s feels like a browser with 47 tabs open and none of them loading… this room is that one tab that actually makes sense.”
