Calling all young rebels aged 7+!
Rhythm Rebels is a high-energy, hands-on workshop where participants discover rhythm in everyday life and transform ordinary objects into musical tools for creativity, teamwork, and self-expression.
Using buckets, spoons, hand-made shakers, body percussion, and recycled materials, participants learn how music can be created anywhere—without expensive instruments or prior experience. This is not a traditional music class focused on theory. Instead, it is an immersive experience built around learning by doing, collaboration, listening, and play.
The workshop encourages participants to slow down, pay attention, and connect with rhythm in new ways—from breathing patterns and footsteps to sounds in their surroundings. Through interactive group activities, children learn how timing, patience, focus, and teamwork naturally come alive when creating music together.
Participants explore how rhythm exists in daily life and learn to notice patterns they usually overlook.
Participants practice active listening through sound, silence, movement, and group interaction.
The group builds rhythms collectively, helping participants experience cooperation, coordination, and communication through music.
Participants turn simple everyday objects into instruments and discover creative ways to continue making music beyond the workshop.
Along the way, participants also develop valuable life skills such as confidence, creativity, awareness, teamwork, patience, and self-expression.
